Prerequisite(s): ECE 2000.
This course introduces the fundamental concepts of computer organization and architecture. The course covers hardware and software interaction, data representation, basic computer arithmetic, processor and control unit design, memory hierarchy, input/output organization, instruction sets, and introduction to low-level programming languages.
