Description

Prerequisite: BIO 2900.
A detailed introduction to the concepts of normal and abnormal immune processes relating to humans. Topics covered include: innate immunity, adaptive immunity, immune response to pathogens, B cell development and function, T cell development and function, antibody-antigen reactions, immunodeficiency and auto-immune processes, antibody-mediated and cell-mediated responses.
