Description
Prerequisite: MSOL 5400, MSOL 6700. This is the first course in a three-course capstone sequence. This sequence of courses provides students with an opportunity to explore organizational issues in-depth through original research and communicate results in a graduate level environment. In this first course, having the theoretical and practical knowledge learned throughout the organizational leadership curriculum, students will develop the initial sections of the project (Abstract, Introduction, and Review of Related Literature). This course should be taken in the last half of the program.
