This course offers an overview of role of digital concepts in enterprises. TheÂcourse provides both a theoretical grounding and a pragmatic approach to applying key concepts. The course emphasizes a socio-technical perspective to understand organizational challenges and learning in complex implementation projects that include digitalization. The course focuses on the following digital solutions: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Knowledge Management, Enterprise Social Networking, Business Intelligence, and Business Analytics.
