This course offers students an introductory exploration of healthcare reimbursement methods employed within healthcare organizations. Students will gain insights into the intricate relationship between medical coding, compliance, and reimbursement processes by covering essential topics such as claims management, billing compliance, prospective payment systems, case mix index, clinical documentation improvement, physician queries, and various payment models.
