Description

Prerequisite(s): Written Communication general education requirement with a grade of C- or higher.
This course introduces major rhetorical theories that students can apply to various media forms. Students will learn how to use the various theoretical approaches to analyze and critique both discursive and non-discursive methods of communication. Through the study of rhetoric, students will examine the ways in which ideologies and behaviors are formed. Credit(s): 3
